The outcome of this vote is how flying will be handled on Survival going forward. The poll will be closed in 48 hours from now.
The winning vote option must get 50% or more of the votes to become the standard.

I think it should be an admin only thing, the flying kinda makes things too easy. I.E: Travel, combat, building.

Ok this vote has concluded. Most voters wanted it restricted to City Planners or higher (10 votes vs 7 keeping it for Architect).
So I'm combining the City Planner & Admin votes and making it restricted to City Planners and above. Expect more votes in the future!
Oh and one last thing, Donators of all ranks still retain their ability to fly as that is a donator perk. Even if you're a user or apprentice if you donated you have /Fly on survival.
