Servers upgraded to 1.4.2

As of this post our Creative, Survival and Anarchy servers are updated to 1.4.2 so you can safely update your game clients to the latest version.
At this time there are no known issues but if you find any please post them in this topic below and I will work quickly to resolve them. Also teleporting now works again on our Survival server.
