IRC Is borked.

Hey Im not sure if you know this but IRC is borked nothing you say will show in game.
When the server users (Creative, Newsurv) aren't on IRC, you will see nothing.
When the server users (Creative, Newsurv) are on IRC but not redirecting its in-game messages to IRC, there must be a problem and might need a little restart for IRC plugin of it.
When the server users (Creative, Newsurv) aren't on IRC but you in-game can see the messages from IRC, then I don't know.
