Whenever i updated i went back by looking in the bin folder, mc somehow made a 1.8.1 backup jar. I suggest checking there!

Seems as though this update is the most problamatic updates of them all. I mean, I see why because Minecraft is 1.0.0 now, not Beta.

Unfortunately it never created a back-up here! I just have to wait it out I guess! :mrgreen:
