Computer running slow :((

When I log on to my computer it seems to take a minute or two for you to be able to interact with window's (e.g I want to open the internet) I have run a virus scan and nothing has occurred please help!

You might just have a slow computer or lotsa shit installed. Try cleaning your computer and removing all unneeded programs.
