Charlie Chaplins "Dictator" speech from the 1940's was probably the greatest speech i have ever heard from a human mouth, i want to share this video with you that a youtuber by the name of Shwiggan has made to pay homage towards this great speech spoken not so long ago.

He uses source film maker to create all of these neat videos using clips from shows and what not.
