Potato Update (6/6/14)

Since the "Potato" is a gaming/rendering computer, it need lots of power. That's why it will be planned to be running on a Intel Core i7 - 4790K. It's base clock is 4 GHz which is good, but since it's overclockable, it's possible to overclock it up to 5.2 GHz. The Processor is coming out June 25th 2014, the computer will be built in 2015 between Feb. and Jun.

Glad you know the release date. Stock 4 GHz is pretty sweet, and I forgot to ask [or research] the release date. Potato sounds solid.

Damn, that's cheap for what this thing'll do.

When it comes out it will be the fastest 4 Core CPU available on the market for quite some time.

Potato Update #2 (6/8/14)

The potato will be planned to be running on new RAM, The Corsair Vengeance 16 GBs (DDR3 1866 MHz) which will make it do a good job at rendering. Also we will have LED's in our 750D around the window, the lights will be controlled by the Phobya controller, and their RGB Led Light Strip
