Computer

Sun Jul 14, 2013 4:10 pm

So I just learned my grandmother left me $500 in her will, and I plan to save up for a professional computer.
A custom one.
I'm looking on pcczone.com on Extreme Performance, and I'd like to know what parts I should choose.
Please help me.
Thanks.

*EDIT* I'll pick out some parts and then I'll post the specs here.

What are you using at the moment?

Recycle old parts (if you have them) and just update the important stuff for now :)

I'm not sure what it is, I'm no computer pro, but it is a CyberPC gaming computer.
I'd like something a bit faster, and something that ISN'T Windows 8 perhaps.

I would reccomend self building.

Take apart your old rig and use what you can, ie psu, fans, keyboard cableing this will save money.

*side note, make sure your old psu is powerful enough to run new parts.

Alright, so, could anyone help me with specs?
I need the right everything, something that's more than I will actually need.
Can anyone suggest specs to choose from?

Well I'm gonna pretty much abandon this idea for a new PC, since I can't get much help with it. I'll just look at the specs of computers people on the forum have.
